OUR FEES
Harcus Parker, trading here as Restitute Money Reclaim, handles cases on a No Win, No Fee basis, meaning our fees are only payable in the event of a successful claim. In the event of a successful claim, the fees you will be charged (plus VAT) are below and are based on Rule 2.3 of the SRA Claims Management Fees Rules, plus VAT.
If you cancel your claim with us after 14 days, we reserve the right to charge you a cancellation fee of £75 + VAT
